Order
Once you have applied for a loan, the lender orders title
work with Cherry Tree Title. This means that the lender asks Cherry
Tree to perform a title exam on the property to ensure that the loan
applied for and the related mortgage will be the first lien on the
property, and that any other liens will be cleared at or prior to
closing.
