Opening
Once we receive the order from your lender, our paralegals
will open your file. This process includes data entry, gathering tax
and municipal information, performing the title exam, writing a
commitment to insure the loan with title insurance, ordering payoff
information for existing liens on the property, ordering a plot
plan/survey of the property and getting the file ready to close.
